**Free Shipping**

**Damages**
walker socks is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. It is important to document the damage with photographs immediately upon receipt.
**Incorrect Shipping Information**
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. If a package is returned to walker socks due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any return shipping charges, and the cost to reship the package. Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your purchase.
**Lost or Stolen Packages**
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:
1. Check around your property and with neighbors.
2. Contact the shipping carrier directly to inquire about the package.
3. Wait 48 hours as some packages may be marked as delivered prematurely.
